Our outdoor barn quilts are premium quality that will be long lasting. Once installed at the top of a barn gable or anywhere you mount them, they won't need repainting every few years like a painted wood quilt. Our squares are crafted from ½” building-grade PVC for the 11.5", 18", 23.5", 34" and 46" sizes or ¼” alumacorr for the 72" (shipped in 4 - 36"x36" pieces) and 92” sizes (shipped in 4 - 46"x46" pieces). The Barn Quilt Outdoor Signs are printed with UV Ink and weather stable automotive grade decal vinyl and then laminated with a glossy clear laminate to give long-lasting protection from the sun's UV rays. We use this same combination for thousands of signs we ship around the country every year.

WE ALSO MAKE FABULOUS INDOOR BARN QUILT CANVASES

Our indoor barn quilts are crafted from 3/4" particle board which makes them thick and sturdy. The Barn Quilt Indoor Canvas Squares and printed with UV Ink on archival canvas that creates a beautiful satin finish. The canvas is stretched around the board and finished with museum quality edges. We include hangers on the back of our barn quilt canvases for mounting them on the wall.

Made using PVC post Sleeve material, the addresses and barn quilt graphics are printed and computer cut using high performance vinyl to last years and years. They will not rust or rot and there is no paint to peel. Designed for long term outdoor use. The address number/silhouette will be on 3 sides of the post to make it easy for people to see it. These lightweight easy to mount Address posts are great for helping to direct anyone to your property. Just pound the steel stake into the ground and slide the post sleeve over it. Installation should only take a minute or two. Two set screws and gravity will take care of the rest and your address post should remain in place for years and years maintenance free to help direct friends and family and deliveries directly to your door. The size is 24”h x 4”w x 4” thick.

BLACK MAILBOX AND SOLAR LED BACKLIT ADDRESS MAILBOX POST

Made using white 4" x 4" PVC post Sleeve material, the addresses and barn quilt graphics are computer printed using high performance vinyl with lamination to last years and years. Our posts will not rust or rot. Designed for long term outdoor use. The address number and barn quilt image will be solar LED backlit illuminated.

The overall post height is 72" tall and the mailbox sits at regulated rural mail delivery height.

The addresses are inset into each side of the post for people to view from either direction while driving down the street. Installation is straight-forward, simply mount over an existing treated wood 4x4 post (nominal 3.5" x 3.5") or install a new treated wood post (not included) in the ground. We include the screws to attach the PVC post sleeve to the treated wood post.

Your Mailbox post should remain in place for years and years, maintenance free to help direct friends and family and deliveries as well as your mail directly to your door.
