CRAFTED FOR LONG LIFE OUTDOORS
The feeder is crafted using solid white building grade PVC that has an expected 20 year outdoor life (used on buildings as a wood replacement for fascia and trim). The graphics are high performance decals printed with UV stable ink and then laminated for protection from the sun and weather. The combination of PVC and decals will last far longer than any combination of wood and paint as the PVC does not expand and contract with moisture like wood does. The entire bird feeder should last for years and years.
Clear acrylic sheet covers the large feed hopper on each side and won't yellow over time like polycarbonate.
Large feed hopper holds 5 pounds of food.
MOUNTING OPTIONS INCLUDE:

- Collar for mounting to your own supplied 4" x 4" PVC post sleeve
- 4" x 4" x 60" Anti-Squirrel PVC Post Sleeve (includes Collar for mounting, does not include treated wood 4x4 post - get this from a big box hardware store). To help keep squirrels from getting on this mount the post away from bushes or other climbing structure. No guarantees on the anti-squirrel thing... cause you know... squirrels....
